Pass updates are scheduled on the campaign start date to prioritize existing pass holders. A pass can only update with a new offer after the current offer has expired or upon pass use for a one-time use offer.
Note: A pass update can only be done if your previous campaign generated passes. Those with active passes are eligible for a pass update.
How it works
If you have 100,000 active passes from previous and/or ongoing campaigns, some are eligible for a pass update (70,000), whilst others who are associated to ongoing campaigns (30,000), means you are targeting 70,000 pass holders, with the potential to reach 30,000 more as passes are used.
Setting up your pass update
You must be running at least your second campaign to perform a pass update.
Head to the 'pass update' tab
Select the passes you want to update with the new offer.
Each active passes from previous campaigns is listed for you to choose the appropriate pass from your new campaign.
