Can I set up more than one master pass?
Of course. You can setup as many master passes as your team require, so whether you have a generic master pass for all of your standard offers and something a bit different for your events, you can theme them exactly in-line with how your brand wants to communicate.

If you have a one-off campaign that requires a different look i.e. your brand is celebrating Pride or an anniversary, you can use a new master pass to set the desired look and feel to help pass holders identify with the campaign.
Can members of my team use master passes I have created?
βWhen you create a master pass it will be associated to the teams, regions and categories you set. Members of your team who are creating a new offer pass can pick the appropriate master pass, depending on their role and permissions, and depending on the campaign they are setting up.

Why can I not change the offer in the master pass?
You need to create an offer pass within a campaign. Master passes give your team the confidence to pick the right template for their offer. Only in the offer pass can you add details of the offer, including text, images and links to the specific offer.
