Name | Who is the person responsible for the Passcloud account, managing their organisation and team members. |
Company email of the person responsible. |
Organization details
Regions | A region represents specific markets or geographies. If you are adding physical stores or restaurants, each POS is assigned to a region.

Teams | Teams transcend regions and categories. The team name identifies the team responsible for operating a campaign. When inviting team members, each profile will be assigned to their respective team.

Categories | Categories define your different business lines enabling consistent activity reporting. Each campaign is assigned to a category.
Structure categories the same way that you operate your business, for example: |
Sales channels
Online | Provide the URL of your online retail business. |
In-store (POS) | List the store addresses. |
Accepted in-store barcode type(s)
Barcode | For in-store purchases from the pass, tell us the barcode you support at the checkout counter. Choose what you would normally use for scanning a coupon. We support barcodes using QR, Aztec, PDF417 and Code128 formats. QR (quick response) codes are most popular. |
Once you are set up, you can create your first master pass and run your first campaign.
